Online Training

Rob @ 8:43 PM

Turning Fighters into Athletes

It was eight weeks out until Mike’s first MMA fight.  Mike was excited and ready to train hard for this one.  Mike has been training for the last year for this moment.  Day in and day out, boxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling and kickboxing the training never ended.   As the fight got closer the training became more and more intense.  Mike battled through minor injuries and just kept pushing through like a true warrior.

Fight night came night came and Mike had all the jitters but was doing his best to control them. He was all ready to go.

The first round goes just like he had planned, controlling the stand-up and taking his opponent down and controlling the pace.  As he got back to the corner he felt fatigue setting in and his muscles cramping up.  In round two Mike was not as fast, he did not have the same explosion he did in the first round.  Instead his opponent took him down drove him into the cage and imposed his will on Mike for the rest of the round.  Back in his corner getting ready for Round Three Mike was thinking to him self how he would get through the next round.  Coming out for round three Mike could not keep his hands up, he lost all his speed and power and could not stop anything his opponent threw at him.  Finally his opponent took him down and was able to finish the fight off with a submission.

Sitting in the locker room thinking to him self, “What went wrong? I trained hard for this fight.  I was ready to take on the world.  I thought I did enough training, but my power was not there when I needed it, my conditioning failed me in the last round. What went wrong?”

This happens everyday in the world of combat sports.  Fighters train and train then comes fight time and they gas out. With all the training they have done you would think that this would not happen.

BUT IT DOES!

So what happens?

Many fighters believe that just training in the martial art itself will put them in the best condition.

Many have poor plans for their training.

Many over-train and do not peak for the fight at the right time.

Many lack the proper mental preparation when they enter into competition.

Finally many do not seek the help from a strength and conditioning specialist in order to take their game to where it has to be.

Dear Friend,

I am Rob DeCillis, I am a strength and conditioning specialist. I specialize in training combat athletes.  I have spent years researching and implementing training methods on my fighters.  Now the time has come to unleash my training system to fighters around the world with this online training offer.

You will be training like you have never trained before.  Within weeks you will be getting stronger, faster and be able to outlast any opponent that is put in front of you.

I need you to take a minute to answer the following questions

Do you want to become a better fighter?

Do you want to take your strength and power to new levels?

Do you want to be able to outlast any opponent in any fight?

Do you want to be part of a team of fighters?

Did you answer yes to any of these questions?  If so then you are serious about your training and your fighting career.

If you answered YES to any of the questions above then this is the program for you.

***Warning***

If you are not serious about a career in combat sports then this program is NOT for you.  If you are not willing to work hard toward your dream then please do not sign up for the training program.  The team is looking for serious fighters.  Without serious commitment to the training you will not achieve your goals.

What can the online training program do for you?

  • Organized Training System Most personal trainers at your local gym “like to change things up”.  That means there is no real plan and without a plan you are doomed to fail.  With an organized training schedule and detailed programming you will be able to maximize your  potential.
  • Hands on Attention After receiving your individualized program I will walk you through it step by step and answer any question that you might have about the program. Throughout the training you will have unlimited email access for your questions to be answered.
  • Improve Speed, Agility and Quickness We all know that speed wins in sports, and fighting is no different.  Being fast and agile can mean the difference from being crowned a champion or taking second place.  Drills are designed into the program as a whole.  These drills will make you dynamic and you will shock opponents with your speed.  Speed, agility and quickness equals’ athleticism and being a better combat athlete leads to victory.
  • Improve Strength, Power and Conditioning If your opponent is equal to you in technique then there will be one element in your game that will lead you to victory.  Either you will be stronger, more powerful or you will just outlast your opponent and come out on top.  In your training you will become stronger than you have ever been.  Your strength will be transferred into power and you will be able to explode when called to do so.  Add supreme conditioning to the equation and you will become a high performance fighter that will be able to push the pace and overwhelm opponents.
  • Improve Mental Toughness This is not only a program that turns you into an athlete but one that trains the mind as well.  They say that fighting is 90% mental it is a little more than that.  The mental game is where the elite fighters separate themselves from the average.  As well as the physical training the program will also deliver mental training to unlock your full potential as an athlete.
  • Develop Electrifying Kicks Kicking power comes from the ground up, ask any world champion Thai boxing champion and they will agree.  Generating force from the ground up through your legs and hips is imperative to delivering a devastating blow.  With the right strength and conditioning program behind you, you will deliver bone-crushing kicks to opponents.
  • Develop Dynamic Punching Power Just like with kciking punching comes from the legs, take a look at old Mike Tyson video and you will see how powerful his punches were because of how he used his legs.  Your programs will be designed to strengthen and create explosive punches.
  • Be Able To Stop And Take Opponents Down At Will Wrestling takedown have played a significant role in the evolution of the sport of MMA and other combat sports.  It is critical for any fighter to be able to control the fight.  With solid takedowns and takedown defense you will be able to control any fight you are in. Speed, agility and quickness are crucial components to the programs written for you.  They will help turn you into a fighter that is able to control where the fight goes.
  • Fight With An In-Your-Face Relentless Style Pushing the pace in any combat sport can lead to victory and is a very significant aspect to fighting.  Those fighters that can succeed in doing so have a major advantage.  Having your muscles perform at a high level for a long period of time is critical.  The programs designed for the fighters in this training put the hustle behind the muscle.

Here are some of the things you will doing as part

of your programs!

***URGENT!!***

This program is only open to the First Ten Fighters.  Why is that? I want to be able to give my full attention to each fighter.  Each program is written for the individual fighters, geared towards your needs.  To avoid disappointment, be sure to JOIN the TEAM today!

How long is the program for?

In any sport there is some “down time” when the athletes are not competing.  This is also true in combat sports especially in MMA where there can be months off at a time.  However, do other athletes in other sports take off from training?  At the end of an NFL season does a player quit lifting weights until training camp opens?  Of course not!  That is the time period when they are hitting the weight room the hardest, where they are getting bigger, stronger and faster.   As with any other athlete you will be training hard throughout the year to help you reach your full potential and beyond.  It is the work you do during your “down time” that is the most important in improving yourself as a fighter.

The program you are about to embark on is for serious fighters only.  Combat athletes who are willing to train and train hard.  My online training program I am offering requires a minimum time commitment of four months from all of my fighters. Here is why this minimum time commitment (billed monthly) requirement is important.

First off to be honest this program is very intensive.  There is a lot of work put into the developing of the individual athletes programs.  With this one-on-one and group training program, there is a big time commitment for me to give to you.  Each training plan I create will be individualized and completely dedicated to you and your success.  I cannot invest the time for a person to only quit four weeks into the program.

Second the program and the training you will receive is top-notch.  The price I am charging is peanuts compared to what the average trainer will charge you at the local gym to give you an average program.

Third, I want highly motivated fighter, athletes that want to achieve their dreams.  It is easy for some to get distracted “tap out” when you haven’t invested so much.  With a four month commitment you will be more focused and motivated as ever to achieve your dream.

Lastly, the four month commitment allows us time to create a trusted fighter-coach relationship, become proficient in the training system, and find yourself faster and stronger on the “battle field”. Let me be very clear: your victory is my top priority.

So Rob how much is this online training program going to cost me?

Well first off I want to change your mindset from the beginning.  This program is an investment in your dreams.  You have set goals for yourself and want to accomplish these goals.  This program is set up for you to reach those goals.  It should not be how much does it cost me but rather what is my investment in this program?

So let’s take a look at the cost if you were to go to your local gym and hire a trainer.  Say you hire a trainer at your local gym, more than likely that trainer is mediocre at best.   Say you start off with two training sessions a week with this trainer.  On the low end of personal training scale you will spend fifty dollars a session.  That ends up costing you $100 a week and $400 dollars a month.  Those trainers do not design the programs for you, and most times they do not have a program for you, instead they “like to switch things up.  Guess what does not work with the average person what makes you think it will work with an athlete?

If you want to hire a mediocre trainer then be prepared to get mediocre results and put a halt on that dream.
